Surround yourself with individuals who will love and support you. Allow them to remind you of how awesome you are. Stop making analogies. Because there is no one else on the earth like you, you cannot reasonably compare yourself to anybody else. The only person to whom you should compare yourself is yourself. Get rid of any poisonous relationships. Don't spend your time criticizing or arguing with people who bring you down. They don't need to see the best in you; they only see their own flaws mirrored back at them.

Learn about your body's needs. What does it mean when it says you have "body language" that needs attention? Do some research on different ways to improve it. Try out new things with your hair, makeup, or wardrobe. Find something that makes you feel good about yourself and do it often.
Remember why you're here. On Earth, we are all here for ourselves as well as others. There is no better way to help others than by showing them how amazing you feel inside. When you learn to love yourself, you will automatically start loving others.
