The H Factor is a personality characteristic that stands for Honesty and Humility. Higher levels of H are truthful and unassuming, whereas lower amounts are deceptive and egotistical. The scale goes from zero to seven with seven being the highest number possible.
In psychology, there is a concept called "dark traits". Dark traits are characteristics or personalities that are negative or toxic. They include violence, anger, hatred, greed, intolerance, vanity, pride, resentment, self-absorption, and control issues. It is believed by some psychologists that many famous people have had dark traits in their past. For example, Charles Manson, Jack the Ripper, and Osama Bin Laden were all said to be very violent before they came to power.
People who have more of a H factor in their personality tend to get along with others well. They are not selfish individuals who only care about themselves. Instead, they are honest and humble, and will often give credit to others when it is deserved. These people usually do not cause problems for others, and those around them can easily trust them.
There are two types of H personalities: high and low. People with high levels of H factor are known as hardworking, diligent, and ambitious. They like to take responsibility for themselves and others.
Because the Big Five qualities are frequently associated, a higher-order component structure may be generated from them. The stability factor may be distilled from agreeableness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism (reversed). Openness to experience is relatively unique, so it may be considered a sixth primary dimension.

Alpha personality qualities include a strong sense of self, among other things. Determination Belief in one's own beliefs. Ambition and a strong desire to succeed.
Alphas are known for their strength and determination. They usually have high ideals that they strive to achieve. While alphas can be aggressive when necessary, they prefer to solve problems with logic and reason rather than violence. Alphas are loyal to those they trust, and will often risk their lives to protect those they love. Although alphas can be selfish at times, they tend to take responsibility for their actions and always try to make others happy.
Alphas are the leaders of the world. They can lead people by example rather than by force, but if needed they are capable of fighting off attackers. Alphas can also be found on television, in movies, and even some famous names are known as alphas including James Bond, Batman, and Superman.
Bonds between alphas are very strong-willed individuals who share many traits. They are typically ambitious, competitive, determined, and rarely shy away from conflict. Alphas usually enjoy exercising their minds through conversations or games. When not working or playing, an alpha might like to spend their time reading or watching movies.
The idea contrasts type B people with those of type A. Type B personalities, by definition, live with lower stress levels. They normally labor methodically and may appreciate accomplishment, yet they are more likely to neglect physical or emotional hardship when they do not achieve. Stress for a Type B person is not damaging like it is for a Type A person; instead, it stimulates them to work harder at maintaining a calm demeanor.
Type Bs are known for their optimism even in the face of adversity. They tend to see the bright side of things and will always believe that something good will happen. If something bad does occur, they can deal with it better than most others because it hasn't damaged them enough to make them stressed out.
A Type B person's capacity for stress management comes from their natural tendency to avoid conflict. Since they understand that stress is harmful, they will try to find ways to reduce it. Some possible methods include spending time with friends and family, exercising, listening to music, taking walks, and enjoying leisure activities. When you view a Type B person handling stress so well, it is easy to see why they usually have lower-than-average anxiety and depression rates.
However, if stress becomes too much for them to handle, then they might turn to drugs or alcohol to calm themselves down. This is not recommended since it only masks the problem rather than solving it.
This test determines if you have the typical behavioral traits of a Type A personality. Hostility, impatience, trouble expressing emotions, competition, drive, perfectionism, and an unhealthy reliance on external incentives such as riches, position, or power are examples of these.
The test consists of 15 questions that measure your level of agreement with statements about yourself. Each statement can be agreed or disagreed with. There is no right or wrong answer; it's just how you respond to each question that matters most. The test takes about 20 minutes to complete.
These questions are designed to determine if you are a "Type A" person. If you score highly in response to questions 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9, you may have a very aggressive personality type. If you score high in response to questions 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13, you may have a moderate aggressive personality type. Otherwise, you may have a quiet, unaggressive personality type.
The results from this questionnaire can help psychologists understand your behavior patterns, which can in turn aid them in treating you for disorders associated with specific personality types. For example, someone who is aggressive may benefit from counseling or medications if he/she suffers from anxiety or depression. Similarly, someone who is anxious or depressed may find relief in counseling or medications if they also have an aggressive personality type.
Personality type "A." Extreme time urgency, competition, impatience, and hostility are examples of Type A characteristics. CHD risk is increased by a factor of two. Death from heart disease occurs five years earlier in people with Type A personalities.
Type As are often aggressive drivers who do not leave room for others on the road. They are also likely to be early starters and late finishers. When working, they perform best when given a clear goal and strict deadlines. They like order and routine and find it difficult to cope with change. Often the Type As are found in other types of jobs where they can use their skills and energy gettting things done quickly and aggressively.
Type As tend to be over-achievers who strive for excellence in everything they do. They favor action over contemplation and make decisions quickly without thinking through the consequences. They also have a tendency to focus on the negative aspects of situations instead of seeing the bright side. These traits will usually lead to success at first, but eventually they will cause Type As to suffer serious health problems.
Type As value efficiency and speed above all else. They believe that if you want something done right then do it yourself. Otherwise, there's always someone willing to take your place. The Type As don't see the need to bother about things outside of their control.
